Ownership and Assignment: intellectual property created by sellers on our platform remains the property of the respective sellers. Seller’s grant Kartco International Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use their intellectual property for the operation and promotion of the platform.

Registration and Filing: Kartco International Ltd may register or file for intellectual property protection for its brand name, logo or other assets as required by law. Sellers are responsibly for any intellectual property registrations related to their products and services provided on Kartco International Ltd’s platforms.

Enforcement and Defence: Kartco International Ltd is committed to enforcing and defending intellectual property rights/ sellers and users are encouraged to report potential infringements. Kartco International Ltd may take legal action against infringers to protect intellectual property rights if necessary.
